Raised on his father’s dusty Capricorn Records vinyl collection, J.P. has been a southern rock fan as long as he can remember. As front man for Blue Sky for over a decade and with five more years at the helm of 8th Grade Science, and currently leading Black Cat Bone he put his own high-energy spin on classics by Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers, Stevie Ray Vaughan and more. As a soloist he is one of the best around!
